RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy allows for a 30-day return period. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you any refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of products are excluded from being returned: custom-made products, personalized products, and products modified at the customer's request cannot be returned.
Additional items that are excluded from returns:
- Gift cards
For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send back your purchase without first receiving return authorization.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted at our discretion:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (after careful inspection by us and at our complete discretion)
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery (after our inspection and at our complete discretion)
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method used for the purchase, within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet and it has been approved, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There are often processing times for refunds to be registered. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: scarcellamilena@libero.it.
Return Shipping: To initiate an approved return, please ship the product to the following address: Milena Scarcella - Via Villa Pepoli snc - 02033 Monteleone Sabino (Rieti) RI Italy. If you are shipping an item valued over €500,00, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
